Sparkles is a totally free preset for adding custom sparkles to your footage and motion designs in Adobe After Effects. Once installed, you'll be able to access it any time inside of After Effects to quickly add twinkles or sparkles to specific areas of your footage, and maintain control over their quantity, size, brightness, and rotation.
 
Like the standard Glow effect, it works by sparkling the brightest parts of your footage, but it allows you to contract those bright spots for smaller, more detailed sparkles. Mask out the areas you don't want to sparkle, and use the easy customization controls to adjust or animate its properties, like the rotation.
