What is it?
This free, custom 3D beach scene for Adobe After Effects features 3D water, a sandy shoreline, a sky rig, palm trees blowing in the wind, and a camera projection setup for a 3D ground. You can customize the scene by scaling and moving the 3D elements, or by using easy customization controls.
The Auto Sky feature will allow you to instantly set the time of day so you can see your scene at daytime, sunset, night, or sunrise. Add your own 3D elements, or add a title, and have it reflected in the water. Animate your camera to move through the scene, and it's ready to render!

Details
This free After Effects project includes both HD and 4K comps, and is compatible with Adobe After Effects, versions 17 (2020) and all later versions. It works in both Windows and macOS – all you need is After Effects.
This effect uses CC Ball Action – a 3D effect on a 2D layer. It's compatible with the camera's Position but does not support depth of field.
This effect has been universalized, and will work in After Effects running in any language.
