Free Template - Layer Bender

This free After Effects template allows you to bend, curve, or curl any layer in three dimensions, in After Effects. It's compatible with the Classic Renderer, so it will work in all your projects. Just import it into your project, drop your layer into the precomp, then use the controls to create a custom curve on your layer. It includes some handy features that aren't available in the Geometry Options of the Cinema 4D renderer, like add multiple bends or curves to a single layer. Easily adjust the width of the curve to create sharp bends anywhere on the layer, or gradual curves across the entire layer. You can also change the direction of the bend, curl the layer into a spiral, and add unlimited segments to increase the resolution of the bend. Your bended layer can be an image, footage, text, shape, solid, or another precomp.
