What is it?
The Monet Effect for Adobe After Effects turns your footage into an animated impressionist painting. Imitate the style of impressionist painter Claude Monet, or choose from a number of other painterly looks. They can all be customized with easy-to-use controls so you can achieve the perfect effect for your footage.
The Monet Effect works equally well for footage or images. It uses authentic paintbrush textures, canvas textures, a stop-motion effect, and subtle variations in the image to create the impression of a new painting on each frame of the animation. With nine unique presets and endless customization options, you'll have all the tools you need to create a living impressionist masterpiece.

The 8-Bit Animation Effect is compatible with Adobe After Effects 2022 and Premiere Pro 2022 (and all later versions). Works in both Windows and macOS. No plugins required.
This template has been universalized, so it will work for users running After Effects in other languages.
The After Effects template includes comps in both HD (1920x1080) and UHD (3840x2160). The MOGRT is HD only, and has a duration of 30 seconds. It can't be extended, but the 8-Bit Effect tutorial shows a workaround for longer clips.
