What is it?
Black Hole allows you to easily and quickly create high-quality black hole animations in Adobe After Effects. Designed with customization in mind, this template includes a 3D black hole, complete with a curved 3D accretion disc, orbiting cloud matter, and warping of the stars behind the black hole. Simply customize their look with the easy-to-use controls, then animate your camera and render. The 360° star background gives you the freedom to create elaborate camera movements, and view the black hole from different angles. Also included are the comps for all seven animations from the main promo video, including an effect that imitates stars and matter being sucked down a 3D funnel.

Details
This free After Effects project includes both HD and 4K comps, and is compatible with Adobe After Effects, versions 17 (2020) and all later versions. It works in both Windows and macOS – all you need is After Effects.
This effect uses CC Ball Action – a 3D effect on a 2D layer. It's compatible with the camera's Position but does not support depth of field.
This effect has been universalized, and will work in After Effects running in any language.
