Pulse turns sound into striking visuals in Adobe After Effects. It includes 30 audio visualizers, with extensive customization options for creating endless unique designs. Every animation reacts directly to your audio, making Pulse ideal for:

Pulse reacts to both audio volume and frequency, driving a wide range of visual styles including particle animations, abstract 3D shapes or waveforms, and even audio-reactive effects for your footage. Drop in your audio, convert it to keyframes with a click, and render out a finished animation. Or dive deeper by customizing the look and fine-tuning how the visuals react respond using intuitive controls.
And you're not limited to abstract animations. With the audio-driven effects for footage, your videos themselves react to the rhythm of the music. Pulse doesn’t just visualize your music. It gives your sound a visual identity.
- This template is compatible with Adobe After Effects 2020 (v.17) and all later versions. Works in both Windows and macOS. No plugins required.
- Comps in both UHD (3840x2160) and HD (1920x1080) are included. Other resolutions will work – just change the dimensions of the comp and its Solid layers.
- Not all visualizers respond to audio frequency. Approximately half react only to overall volume. For best results, we recommend using music with strong dynamics and noticeable changes in loudness.

- This template has been "universalized", so it will work in After Effects running in any language.
The Pulse template is not a plugin, so there is nothing to install. Rather, it's an Adobe After Effects project file, commonly known as a "template" because most of the work is already done and the user needs only to make their own customizations. This template is compatible with version 2020 (version 17) as well as all later versions of After Effects.

The animations you create with this product are 100% yours and can be used for commercial purposes, but the sharing or online posting of project files with or for anyone other than a client is prohibited.
